Rental rates are for the accommodation (not per person), with a maximum of four occupancy unless otherwise agreed.  A deposit of 25% is required with the initial booking and the balance payable eight weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit may be required.

Cancellation Charges
Over eight weeks prior to arrival 10% charge.
Less than eight weeks prior to arrival 50% charge.
Less than two weeks prior to arrival 100% charge
